Special customer additions:
- Extract 800 – The unit features an HMI-controlled fan speed, delivering an exhaust flow rate of 400 m³/hr for consistent and efficient air management.
- GMP Software – The hatch has an upgraded PLC, with each HMI including a WinCC Audit License. This enhancement provides an audit trail, ensuring full GMP compliance across hatch operations.
- Stainless Steel Upgrade to 316L – All the panels and components were upgraded to 316L stainless steel, enhancing durability and resistance to corrosion.
- Internal High Level Sensor H₂0₂ – A high-level sensor has been added directly to the hatch roof, allowing for precise PPM measurements to be transmitted directly to the hatches PLC.
- 3 Valve (AHS 400) – The 3-valve system takes a constant airflow from the corridor, ensuring room pressure balancing is not affected during hatch operation.
