The new distribution and operations center stood next to the existing headquarters in Runcorn providing the warehouse capacity required for further growth in the UK hospital and homecare businesses.
Main goal: The construction of the new cleanroom environment and refurbishment of the existing grade B areas to use the best available materials and technology in accordance with EU GMP regulatory requirements.
Responsible for ensuring the design meets all the conditions related to Health & Safety including Construction Design Management (CDM).
In association with Boulting Environmental Services Ltd (BES) based in the UK, who helps create cutting-edge cleanrooms, laboratories, and other sophisticated environments, PBSC contributed with clean room transfer hatches, vision panels, and break-out panels specially designed for the controlled environment whilst minimizing visible fixings with PBSC’s flush designs.
Thus increasing production volumes within a suitable cleanroom environment.
PBSC with BES, contributed to Fresenius Kabi’s continual significant role in improving the lives of chronically and critically ill patients in the UK, making the business better and stronger, and providing the best solutions.
